| Observations on Taiwan digital content industry environment: |
- Offering a mature IPR and legal environment protecting the rights of developers, copyright owners and investors.
- The domestic vendors have abundance of experiences in transplanting package SW into online game as well as “culturalize” digital contents into Chinese market.
- With its cultural and technological strengths and the government's steadfast commitment in establishing Taiwan as a digital content hub for the Asia-Pacific and global Chinese-language markets, investment opportunities abound for foreign investment in technology cooperation, co-production and co-marketing ventures.
