e-Goverment Service Platform

III has implemented and deployed the e-Government Service Platform which integrates all the departments and agencies of the government in respect to the services they provide and allows easy access from a single entry portal. The overall objective is to provide an integrated and unified service system, accessing cross government departments and agencies, for convenient and productive use by constituents, companies, visitors, citizens or public administrators. III's e-Government Platform is a complete and comprehensive with a robust, reliable and scalable foundation.

Highlights

The e-Government Platform contains 4 correlated layers:

•	The top layer is a user layer which provides the e-Government portal for various services' access.
•	The second to the top layer is the application layer that contains many innovated government service systems, such as e-Filing for Taxation, Population Census, e-Police, Community Portal, Public Health Information systems, and many others.
•	The platform layer is the core, it handles Account Management, Service Entry, Authentication and Authorization, Registry Service, Service Interchange, Directory Service, Content Management, Information Interchange Infrastructure and e-Payment.
•	The transport layer is for data exchange, it contains Web user interface, Legacy system interface, and Banking interface.
